Medical app - iPad

Simple iPad application. No need for cool design (native iOS tools is allright).
Description:
• Authenticate to the own profile
• Browse images from the server
• Draw/annotate on the image layer
• Save the layer of annotation to the server
• Send image links to other users
• Browse images annotated/processed by other users
• Save multiple layers for an image from multiple users

Simple Web interface which will allow users to upload and delete images to their accounts from the computer.

Images are large (=50mb approx), therefore the app will save layers, not copies of the image

Web server on Amazon AWS would be prefered.
