Mascot Illustrator

Hi

I am looking for an illustrator to create mascots for rugby league teams (Super League). The teams already have mascots but I wish to create supporter t-shirts that will have your interpretation of the team mascot on it as a business venture. I have attached a mock up of what I am trying to achieve, but hopefully you are able to create something more eye catching.

Aswell as the large image on the back, I would also like something designed on the sleeve perhaps company branding and also a smaller version of the back logo on the breast.

This will be a long term project and I will be getting my local team designed first with a view to marketing the finished product locally before commiting to the rest of the teams, but I will be using the same illustrator for remainder of the designs, so please reflect this in your quote. There are 14 teams at the moment (13 if Bradford bulls dont get their funding).
