Marking assistant tool

The main purpose of the project is to create a marking assistant tool that helps in grading, marking and feedback. It will provide a standard template which the user can change or adjust to his or her preference. The programshould be able to calculate the marks and have a comment box which the user can use to write a finial comment.
it would have to be written in vb or c# and in visual studio. the programme mus be able to :-
i) a form based document that allows markers to insert and develop a set of common feedback statements that can be inserted directly into a pro-forma feedback template

ii) a development of Word functionality – e.g. through macros – to allow the insertion of comments with a selection of standard statements that provide feedback.
The system should also allow the inclusion of a mark scheme, with specific marks entered as different points and with an overall grade for the work provided.
