Marketing Support Roles

1. The Company
• We plan to launch by June 30, 2012.
• We will offer an accommodation service that is related to travel.
• Affiliates will be used to promote our service.
• The service is applicable across many segments globally.
2. The Role
• We will need a Marketing Support Team to help the Affiliates.
• The Marketing Support Team will undertake research on specific market segments that we request form time to time.
• We will select the initial team based on how well this first task is done in terms of quality, time and cost.
3. The Task
i. Identify 50 hobbies, sports and leisure activities that are ones where the location that you do it makes a difference. For example:
• Chess and card-playing – it is not more interesting doing them in different places around the world, so they would not be included;
• Sky-diving, mountain-climbing, bicycling, car rallying and photography are much more interesting to do in different places – they should be included;
• Model trains and stamp-collecting are a bit more interesting when you can visit other people around the world and see their collections, they should be included
ii. Find how many participants there are in the world for each activity, hobby, sport etc and record it in the spreadsheet with a Reference for where you found that information, eg a website address

4. What Happens Next?
• For now, all we need is your quote to do 3i and 3ii above using the spreadsheet LMAD v1.1
• We will contact you if we want to proceed
• Then we will pay you to do the tasks 3i and 3ii above
• Once we have reviewed your work we may notify you and ask you if you would like to join our Marketing Support Team
