Marketing expert needed to design Facebook I-Frame

I need an expert in marketing/direct response to design one effective Facebook I-Frame fanpage for our business that converts people who land on it into leads. This job includes writing the copy.

The whole purpose of the I-Frame is to capture email addresses, so we will need an email form embedded - we have an Aweber account.
Of secondary importance is that they "Like" our page.
