Short Survey Creation

Overview
We’re seeking a specialist to design and deliver high-quality, branded pre- and post-workshop surveys in Google Sheets for a team development program.

Scope of Work
Survey Design: Create two master templates - one pre-session survey and one post-session survey - each featuring multiple 1–5 Likert-scale questions.

Duplication: Generate 50 individualized copies of the pre-session template and 50 matching copies of the post-session template.

Response Dashboards: Develop a consolidated response sheet for each survey set (pre and post) that automatically pulls in and aggregates all individual responses for easy review and analysis.

Branding & Presentation: Apply our visual identity (logo, colors, fonts) to every survey and dashboard to ensure a consistent, professional look.

Deliverables

Two fully branded master survey templates in Google Sheets

100 completed survey copies (50 pre-session + 50 post-session)

Two branded response dashboards aggregating all participant data from each survey.

Documentation outlining how to update questions or add new survey copies in the future
