I am looking for someone to produce a Homebuyers Survey and Valuation Report.
Property summary:
- 2 bedroom flat
- South West Birmingahm
- Purpose built block 1960 - 1970's
Report coverage
Report on property condition, quality of repair and maintenance and value. Report will follow standard format:
- General description
- Strutcural, timber and damp report
- External
- Internal
- Utilities and services
- Actions list (now, soon, later) etc. (sorry not trying to teach how to suck eggs).
Purchase price is around the £110k mark so I am looking to manage costs accordingly i.e. this is in the £50 - £150 range not £250+.
