Preparation for word burning stove & other small building works

I have a requirement for the following small building works at my home in Chester, Cheshire.

1. Extension and slate tiling of an existing hearth ready for the installation of a wood burning stove.

2. If you are also a supplier and installation contractor of wood burning stoves that can do the hearth extension and tiling please bid. (To date all of the wood burning stove suppliers are not interested in the hearth extension and tiling works.)

3. Supply and installation of a replacement wooden round window where the existing one has rotted.

3. Blocking of eaves in several places to prevent birds entering and nesting in the loft space.

4. Some pointing and making good of an outside wall.

There may be other small works; improvements to guttering etc. You must be local to Chester, have a fixed address and references that can be contacted prior to any work taking place. Quality of workmanship and good, timely organisation is as important as reasonable but not cheap pricing. A site survey will be necessary so we do not expect to see fixed pricing in your bids via PPH.
