Convert a CSV / Excel / Word solution into a Filemaker / PDF solution

We run online surveys (online questionnaires) and want to compile / design our own reports.
So far we convert the csv file into excel, make a few calculations and copy and paste the numbers and text files into a word report, and then generate a PDF. This costs a lot of time...

Goal: One solution that reads the csv file, makes the necessary calculations and generates a nice looking report (like the one we already have). And we would like to be able to make the necessary adjustments for new surveys on our own.

Proposed means: Filemaker Pro v13.

Please have a look at the excel and word solution we already have in place (some is in German, but you will easily understand the whole thing as the basis is a quite normal questionnaire with closed-answer-items and open comments and questions).
