Web search/info extraction

I\'m doing a large mailing to advertise a workshop on scientific writing in Cologne Germany. I want to target PhD students or young researchers and so need the names and email addresses of such individuals from a number of German Universities. I\'m beginning here with the University of Bonn, and will have similar tasks to follow.

More specifically, I\'ve listed below the names of 22 research institutes at Bonn,
and also given the URL of their web sites. I need someone or several people to go to these web sites and search around to get the names and email addresses of the PhD students and postdocs. These should be entered into an excel spreadsheet with title and name in column A (Dr., if appropriate, followed by first name and last name, no commas) and the email addresses in column B.

I can offer some pointers on doing this. Unfortunately, not every department lists the people there in the same way. Some have a link to \"people\" or \"staff\" or \"mitarbeiten\" (meaning workers) on the main page. These are worth
looking at and may lead to a list. Other sites may instead give links to several research groups or sub-institutes and you\'ll have to follow these links before finding further links to people, staff, mitarbeiten or sometimes \"team\".
You\'ll then have to assemble a list of all students for the institute by visiting each of these groups in turn.

When you get to a list of people, please ignore anyone who has the title \"Prof. Dr.\", as this is a high ranking scientist. Germans use a number of other titles such as Dipl Phys, -ing, nat rer, etc, just ignore these and do not put them into the Excel document. If someone has title Dr, then include that; otherwise just give the name.

If any web site gets you completely confused, just email me and I will try to help! I\'ve done this exercise for about 15 of these and have had some experience in being confused and learned a little along the way.
