Hey, it’s Pablo and the team at The Cultivator.
I’m the team manager, and we’re super keen to have you onboard.
We are looking for an USD-based Campaign Manager to handle client calls and relationship management. Your role will be to maintain strong client communication, ensure they are satisfied with our lead generation system, and provide strategic insights during scheduled check-ins.
We work with fashion labels, automotive, premium homewares, wineries, and a handful of fast moving online stores. We already great team, even if our Upwork profile does not show the full history yet. You will feel supported from day one.
Responsibilities:
Conduct two (2) scheduled calls per month per client.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and addressing concerns.
Gather client feedback and relay important insights to the internal team.
Ensure clients understand how their lead generation system is working.
Provide basic strategy suggestions for better results (based on team insights).
Requirements:
Must be based in the USA (understand the local market & business culture).
Excellent client communication & relationship management skills.
Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, digital marketing, and paid ads.
Ability to explain results, strategies, and optimizations in simple terms.
Strong professionalism and confidence in handling client calls.
Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success is a plus.
You’ll also get to work with Drew, our founder very closely, a guy who somehow balances being creative, analytical, and I think he has weaponised autism. Drew’s the kind of boss who’ll message you at 9 a.m. with a killer campaign idea, then send a Loom an hour later explaining how to make it better (and probably add a meme halfway through).
He’s also the kind of leader who backs his team fully, if something’s not working or someone is having a trouble in their life, he really cares about you and wants to see success in every one of us.
