US B2B quality marketing email address

I am looking for a researcher who will find high-quality emails to build our email list for e-marketing. Our website is launching a new category; commercial kitchen replacement parts. What i require is good quality email leads for contractors, repairmen, associations US wide.

Our commercial kitchen section will be launching at the end of February so need this work completed by mid-February. I want the list created on an excel spreadsheet, with name, company, CTN, website if applicable, email address, company address and size of the company.
