Telephone and make appointments

I want a person to research and call various estate agents to locate suitable properties for me to view. Set up appointments. Must have access to excel, as I will provide a spreadsheet to populate. Have access to free phone calls. Would suit someone working from home. Up to 4 hours work one-off. But potentially can turn into a regular part-time/freelance job. To start sometime in May. Be based in the UK.
