I am doing an Msc and I produced a study was undertaken to test out the effectiveness of a new life coaching model.

I have 20 participants that come into my practice for life coaching. I delivered a questionnaire pre coaching and then after session 1, session 2 and session 3.

The questionnaire was based on a likert scale of 1 - 7.

20 participants filled out the pre coaching and post session 1 questionnaire. Then 18 participant filled out post session 2, and 16 participants filled out post session 3. As you can tell some participants dropped out.

I need to produce in SPSS the following:

- descrtiptive statistics and a brief summary of them so I understand what they mean. I\'ve been advised to do a data reduction to ignore the middle point which was point 4 to 5 on the likert scale. This would then make my data binary.

- I then should perform a cross tab analysis for a frequency table

- this then needs to be put into a Chi Square test for analysis

- then I require a summary of the findings, no more than 1.000 words.

I can then write up the discussion etc by myself.
