Source businesses for sale

I am looking for someone UK based to source some warm leads from owners. The businesses would be:

+ UK based
+ Min £3 million turnover
+ Not currently for sale via a broker

The piece of work is in two stages.

Stage 1 - Find 20 long -list businesses that meet the search criteria. I will review and then decline or give the green light for
the next stage

Stage 2 - you all approach the owner to see if they are open to selling. If they are, I will then take over.

I am looking for 6 stage 2 'warm business opportunities'

I am looking for people only based in the UK , you will need to know how to find the businesses and their owners and determine the business turnover. You will then need the credibility to approach them at stage 2 to see if they are interested.
