SEO on website to be fixed, forms and fake posts

We need someone to fix our website www.locummeds.co.uk it has many updates that need to be done and need to be backed up first. Most of the fake job adverts are not being currently ranked and we need it ranked again. It could be the job posting duplicator, but we need to make sure the old adverts are being ranked. We also need someone to fix the bugs if there are any or anything that is requiring SEO work for example speed or similar on the back end. We also need someone fix the forms a) the email address when someone submits the form does not come through, b) they have to submit the form several times, c) we would like to know which advert they submitted the form on so we know what is working and what not is working.
