SEO Competitor Research

I require someone to produce an excel sheet of the URL my top 20 competitors for a variety of different keywords. (Should take approx 20 mins per keywords?)
Once this information is sourced I need for someone to research into where the links are coming from and categorise them ie PR, Directories, News, Project upload sites etc (max 30mins per site)
Due the numbers of keywords involved we need competitive quotes for cost per 20 websites ...
