Searching planning applications to find potential ground mount solar sites

Hi, We are looking for someone with experience in the planning system to assist us in a trial project which if successful could progress to a more long term opportunity. We are a solar farm developer and wish to use the planning database to generate potential leads. We have some ideas to be shared with applicable individuals but also want someone that maybe can bring some ideas to us on what and how to search. We would be searching for sites that are large land holdings and planing applications relevant to this type of establishment. The role would be identifying the planning application and recording with pertinent details on a spreadsheet. When applying please advise how many hours you could offer for the initial trial for £100. We would give you council areas to research not just a UK remit to shorten the process. In your application please advise on your experience of using planning portals in the UK.
