Scraping of Info (Name of Senior Person @ Companies + Email Address & Phone Number)

General information for the business: I am a software entrepreneur looking to contact graphic designers to research my new product idea.
Industry: Art and Design
Geographical areas: USA
Data to include: Create a Google docs spreadsheet with following columns.

1 - Company Name,
2 - Company Website URL,
3 - US State, Revenue,
4 - No of Employees,
5 - Contact Person,
6 - Job Title,
7 - Personal E-mail,
8 - Contact Number

The essential and most important information I require are 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8. (The other two are useful but not as important)

The challenge will be getting numbers 5 + 7 - but these are the most important pieces of information and the priority of this project.

I am NOT looking for generic info@, sales@, admin@ type email addresses as these are rarely looked at. You must provide personalized email addresses - such as dave@sony.com or Jsmith@bmw.com

I recommend using www.manta.com and filtering as follows -
'Graphic Designer'
Co revenue - $500K-$2.5M
Employees - 5-19
Location - To start I would prefer East Coast & Central North America.

The above filters target the exact type of graphic designer I would like details for - if you know a different website to use then great but please try to get the same demographic.

I would also like GRAPHIC designers - NOT interior designers, web designers, printing companies, advertising agencies/magazines etc.

Some companies may do multiple types of design work so only include them if graphic design is clearly one of their main services - ie it is in their name or clearly expresses on the home page of their website.

I am looking for someone who can reliably provide good quality names and email addresses. If I am happy with the results then I will more than likely repeatedly hire that person for similar tasks.

For this task I would like details of 200 companies.
