Review Questions for Research Benchmarking report

Hello we produce a yearly benchmarking report which we produce for in-house corporate event planners. We know the questions we want to ask. We need someone to convert into research 'speak' and then we will send to our community. We then need someone to review the results and come back with an summary report and conculsions. Our designers will produce the final report. We anticipate 100 completed questionnaires
