Review a Research Questionnaire for Survey Monkey

I need to submit a research questionnaire to the public via Survey Monkey and need help with reviewing the questions wtih feedback/comments to see that they're relevant and well structured.
I need help with recommendations on which filters to use in Survey Monkey, and need a person who knows Survey Monkey well to potentially do this for us.
I then need the questionnaire results to be reviewed, collated and analysed and sent back to us.
