Researcher with rebranding experience

Bristol based design company has just won a rebranding project for a manufacturing company based in the south west. Primarily there is client uncertainty regarding whether a new name is needed and the risks and benefits of changing. To inform the design process and maximise our understanding, we need a researcher with ideally similar experience to also profile their business, their customers, market position, the sector, trends, competition etc. Must be comfortable working and communicating with a wide variety of people.
