Research & table institutions to receive a competition poster

We need someone to research and create a database of suitable institutions, companies, organisations, etc to whom we will send an A3 / A2 poster advertising a design competition. We will want to send the poster all over Europe.

The competition is for a portable recording studio with a winning prize of €5000. There will be a separate digital campaign but this is all about getting a physical poster into the hands of someone keen to put it up.

Likely contenders are university departments, design schools / colleges, large firms and enterprises.

We will arrange the posting out of the poster.

We need from you.

Initiative in researching / finding a super range of institutions to contact.

To have made contact with the individual by phone and email.

To gauge how keen / interested they are. Then a contact name and address.

This will require more work than simply sending out a couple of mailshots and seeing what comes back. And we are looking for someone who can offer a credible and enthusiastic strategy. Who really wants to make it happen.

We are looking for 100 takers at £3 per taker. (£300). Many fewer than 100 isnt going to help us very much. Many more than 100 welcome but we do need to talk about the fee because there will be a top end.

This may require setting up a separate email account and feeling comfortable using voip etc to make very cheap European telephone calls.

The selected individual will play an important role in promoting this programming contest on a European scale.
