Research on house prices in a 1/4 radius of 1 street, for the past 24 months

I need research doing on house prices in a 1/4 radius of 1 street, for the past 24 months.

Source should be Rightmove.com, Zoopla.com and any other UK based property websites which prove helpful.

I need the information presenting in a basic spreadsheet with a row for each property and the following columns:
- Address,
- Number of bedrooms in the house,
- m2 if available on the website (either written in text or worked out from floor plans if available)- leave blank if this info isn't available-,
- price sold for,
- a link to the webpage for the property.

The street I need is Regent Street, Lancaster, and properties within a 1/4 radius of this (you can select a street in Rightmove.com and then select 'within a 1/4 mile radius', rather than doing this manually).

If you have questions/need any other info please ask.

I believe this should be pretty quick and easy, so I'm looking for a good price to suit a tight budget.
