Research of strategic recruiters

I am looking for someone who is very strategic with researching recruiters in UK who accept people transitioning into new careers
People who have been off work for over a year
Been in short terms job roles
Might not be able to get work references but character references
Needs a job from home
Not really strong with admin softwares and technical demands
I am willing to transfer my skills into my new career
I don't want to loose my creativity expression leadership and co ordinating events and projects qualities. I love performing arts and being part of new innovative incentives. I am very good with people and make people feel special
I can't seem to find these recruiters in UK that will allow me to work from home and is well paid beyond the average UK salary
I've been looking but maybe needs research thats more strategic in order for me to now send my resume and covering letters to these places
Recruiters that are credible reliable and love people and want to invest train help and develop

I just need help to know where these recruiters are in UK so I can work from home in a new career that enables my transferable skills to still be evident
