Research into restricted food availability

I am in need of food market research on 2 counts

I need a comparison of the amount of Halal certified products per country compared to non halal certified. This will show the reduced access to suitable products and why help is required to validate these products which will no doubt be a large % of the consumer products.



Also
I need another direction which is the classification of ingredients sourced from animals and animal sources being marked as vegetarian, how many ingredients? what type of ingredients?
what products are these in etc

FYI - When it comes to food and non food products, any that clearly contain meat and not Halal certified with some sort of stamp etc are always 100% Haram so not suitable and these products are easy to verify for consumers. It's only really based on animal based ingredients within finished products.
