Research information required for fruits/vegetables benefits and juicing

I require 2 sets of data:

1. A list of fruits and vegetables that can be juiced with their health benefits and a brief description of the fruit or vegetable and where it grows and in which season.

Also a summarised set of data should be in an xls with columns:
Item name,type,health benefits,season,location

E.g. Apple,fruit,(digestion,anaemia,weakness,dental care,heart disease),all year,global
