Research for a Senior Management Job Interview

I am being considered for a senior position at an organisation based in the UK. Although I am British, I do not currently reside there. I seek a solid and strategic researcher to create:

- Situational Analysis: Investigate the organisation, its employees, customers and competitors to get a sense of the company's performance in the marketplace.

- SWOT Analysis (if you need to ask what this is then respectfully you need not apply)

- A clear plan of my strategic priorities - including back-up data e.g. financial targets, anecdotal comments from interviewees, etc; should I get this job.

- Through further discussions between you and me, create a more detailed strategy for the interview and ongoing

Note: since this is a stepping stone to a senior leadership role, if you do a good job then there may always be the opportunity to employ you for further research later.
