Research and compile travel directory list for East African Region

We need someone to compile a directory of travel related business in the East African region (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi).

The target business listing will be divided into:
1.tours and safari operators,
2. hotels and lodges,
3. travel agencies,
4. government related ministries and
5. travel organizations/associations.

The data should be provided on an excel spreadsheet with the following fields:
1. Name of business
2. Web address is applicable
3. physical address
4. phone numbers
5. city location
7. country
8. Contact Person
9. Contact Person phone #
10. markets served
11. A brief profile of the business

we will make an effort to verify the data provided before payment is released, so no dummy listing. We would preferably like to deal with someone residing in the EA region if possible. Depending on how this works and the results you will present, this is set to be expand in region coverage and more travel related research.

We have done this many times, so we know who are legit providers and who are sending dummy proposal. You risk being reported to PPH for spamming if you send proposal without reading requirements.

WE HAVE A KNOWLEDGE OF THE APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF REGISTERED TOUR AND TRAVEL OPERATORS IN EACH COUNTRY BY SECTOR AND DO NOT EXPECT LESS THAN 85% COVERAGE OF EACH. IF YOU CANNOT MEET THAT PERCENTAGE WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOU DROPPING OF THE BIDDING AT THIS POINT.
