I'm looking for someone with experience in coming-up with interview questions that are able to help establish the fundamental issue behind the problem outlined by Emma Jones (please see pdf. attachment, containing an out-take of her article).
The produced questions would be used in an interview with Mrs Jones herself along, with individual SME owners, and a representative of the 'Federation of Small Businesses'.
Extra notes: Preference will be given to those who have a proven track record of conducting this type of market research in the past.
