I need a virtual assistant with a strong knowledge of real estate investment (if possible US real estate), and financial analysis.
The tasks to perform will be to search for properties that fit specific criterion, and to evaluate their potential as an investment for either a remodel, a long-term rental or vacation rental. Data to be searched are potential monthly rent (for long-term) or weekly rent (for vacation properties), property sales history to evaluate potential for value growth, etc. Financial metrics will need to be calculated (annual gross rent multiplier, cap rates, cash on return, etc.)
