Property researcher

I need someone to do some property related research for me.

The task is a varied role and relates to getting further research information rallying to a particular property I am interested in purchasing. Queries that you might need to research include: for property X, can you find out which borough that falls in, and then find out the number of the local council planning team. Can you phone the planning officer and establish the rules and restrictions for developing a 1 bed flat to a 2 bed flat. Another query is to run through a set series of questions that are set out in an operations manual with an estate agent to understand the market conditions in a set area.

There is no prior experience required. You will be paid by the hour and payments will be made through the PPH billing system. If interested let me know.
