Data to include: Property type and address, market value (with evidence to back up figure), comparable evidence, negotiated figure below market value, reasoning for this property (via agents comments or market research), any additional information gathered and/or seen as relevant and useful
Extra notes: I am in need of someone to undergo a number of different market research tasks including average house prices, rental values, regeneration and future developments and also ultimately further research into finding property below market value whether through calling estate agents with owners wishing to sell quickly or whatever (initiative is definitely encouraged) - the idea is to present property below market value with potential to create a profit on

This would be a trial project in order to see how effective the approach is and if conducted successfully will result in a larger amount of similar as well as different projects
