Property Rental Demand

I am looking for someone to undertake market research to determine a credible goldmine area within 10 miles of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire to invest in a property rental/letting business targeting individual room rental to professional tenants and having due regard to large blue chip employers, high tenant demand, good transport links, amenities etc. Research using evidence gathered from websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Spare Room, Easy Room Mate is essential.
Properties of particular interest are minimum 4 bedrooms with separate lounge and diner located adjoining more affluent areas and close to good amenities are preferred.
