Proofing PhD Proposal

I require someone to proof PhD research proposal, would be good if you had understanding of research methodology, but not only. I require it back by Monday the 1st of December, so short notice. It is 20 pages long and would take around 1 hr to go through. It needs to be of a very high standard hence my enquiry.
