Project Assistant (Research, Negotiation & Outreach)

We are looking to collaborate with a Persian‑speaking, Europe‑based Iranian who can
support a range of international projects through research, negotiation, outreach,
communication, and strategic assistance. This is a flexible and fully remote
project‑based collaboration, not a full‑time job.
Who You Are
You should meet all of the following criteria:
- Fluent Persian speaker;
-Fluent English speaker ;
- Iranian background (cultural familiarity is essential);
- Currently living in Europe;
- Willing to travel within Europe when needed;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good multitasking ability ;
- Positive, easy-going, and enjoyable to work with ;
- Reliable, organized, and responsive;
- Comfortable representing projects and communicating with partners .

- Strong research skills: ability to find, analyze, and summarize information ;
- Negotiation ability: confident, respectful, and persuasive;
- Marketing sense: understanding how to present ideas, opportunities, or proposals ;
- Ability to identify opportunities, potential partners, or relevant contacts;
- Tech‑comfort (online tools, communication platforms, digital organization);
- Initiative: someone who takes action without needing micromanagement;
- Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information;- Curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries or topics.

What You will Be Doing
- Conducting in‑depth research on markets, partners, opportunities, or project topics ;
- Preparing summaries, briefs, and insights to support decision‑making;
- Reaching out to individuals, organizations, or partners;
- Supporting negotiations or initial discussions;
- Helping shape marketing angles, messaging, or positioning;
- Acting as a cultural and linguistic bridge;
- Participating in in‑person meetings in Europe when required;
- Providing general project support with a focus on analysis, communication, and
outreach .
