Programme Evaluation & Forward Strategy

As a Management Consultant, I have been contracted to undertake an Evaluation of a Government funded programme aimed at supporting small businesses in Haringey (north London). The objective of the programme is to establish 5 clusters in 5 key business sectors. The programme is due to end in September '08, and thus an evaluation of what has been achieved to date is required as well as a forward strategy, detailing how the clusters can be sustained beyond the funding clycle, and if its success can be replicated elsewhere. I therefore need support to design the questionnaire (for stakeholders, management team, clients etc), conduct some of the interviews, and support in producing/writing the evaluation and forward strategy. A draft report is due mid July with the final report (and presentation) expected end of September.
