PPC / Google Adwords Campaign

Hi there,
I have set up a Google Adwords campaign for my website www.secretspa.co.uk but know that I need to make a number of amends to it adding some more key words, negative words, competitors etc.

I don't want a new campaign set up more that I would be keen to get someone to amend my current one to improve conversions from the right people.
