Online Search Database Scraper

We are seeking to reach an audience of businesses who hold a licence to conduct work in a regulated field. The body which oversees the industry will certify businesses as being qualified to perform work in this industry and within each business the professional employees will be certified to carry out work in certain specialist sub categories of that trade.

The database containing information on these certified businesses and certified professionals and is capable of being searched on-line. The intention is that consumers can gain peace of mind that they are sourcing certified businesses and certified professionals.

The database can be searched by business name or engineer name but consumers are more likely to search for businesses in their location using a post code. The results for a search are limited to 50.
I understand that the database contains details of around 8,000 businesses (including address, e-mail certified skills) and c60,000 individual professionals (name, business they work for and their certified skills).
