New start up company requires market research

The brief is simple. To contact a diverse mix of 50 service providers and product manufacturers for eg shampoo manufacturers, mobile phone companies, travel, health and beauty etc . This is a cold calling activity, the aim is to gather market data rather than making a sale. But the opportunity to build a possible relationship and gain a good contact should not be missed. So the calls need to be more productive than delivering a cold questionnaire I will provide a list of companies and a phone number where possible. I will also provide an outline script, semi structured questionnaire (around 10 questions) and some general background on our company.
Output - name of contact and contact details (phone number), plus response to questionnaire. Output to be recorded in excel
