Need seo for already strong position

i m in domain promo business , i need seo for my site which is already ranked well for keywords ( attached )
most of the keywords are top # 1 and # 2
*Someone already worked for seo before.
* You have to do seo for all keywords attached. tsome keywords are already ranked #1 on , i want you to do for this keywords also
*Cant give any access to my site .cant upload any file to site . Can changes titles and metatags exct..
*all keywords will be check on google.com and english , not google.co.in or other..
*i want 80% and 90% of my keywords rise to top # 1 ranking ,
*my competitor is a huge company , but they dont focus on this keywords.
