Marketing plan for Hong Kong Investors

I need a succinct and clear marketing strategy for a very specific project

My company needs to find new clients in HONG KONG who own property in ENGLAND UK for our property management company

These people are HNW investors and EXPats working in Banking, Legal and Finance sectors

I would like a document that looks at the strategic way we would go about this.

We obviously know where these people are and we know about all the different marketing channels open to us so I am not looking for a strategy that just tells us to post on social media and do some blogs

Its not where to post I am interested in it is WHAT to post

What I want is specific strategies on how to ENGAGE these people and I am keen to have research on what content we should be producing and how to produce that content
