Marketing/finance pitch document to a large sport/leisure brand

I am getting huge differences in quotes so have added some more info below to original request: please bear in mind I will be providing all the text to the pitch- you will help collate some potential sales figures and make the whole thing VISUALLY APPEALING . I really cant see how this will be more than one days work with everything I will supply...

General information for the business: live comedy pitch to a large venue operator

Information to be included in each chapter: the pitch must be visually compelling so need someone who can do this, strong argument for undertaking business,
Extra notes: I have been asked to present a feasibility study to show if a new potential arm to an already successful leisure business is financially viable. A large venue operator has asked me to present to the board why I think my area of expertise in live comedy would be of benefit for them and adding it to their roster of events is financially viable. I need someone who knows how to collate sales figures as well as someone with a marketing and sales background to help me make a compelling and visual case.vb

the pitch will include sales figures for 6 x different venue small scale monthly comedy nights, 7-10 x 1500 capacity shows and also one open air small comedy festival- I need to show that it can make money and build year on year...

The document will only be max 5 A4 pages long- I will provide text and tell you images for the net I want in the document.
