Jens Moeller Consulting Ltd. (JMC) conducts Market Research projects for the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a freelanced professional toset up, manage and expand our Greater London based panel. This role includes Project Management work such as:
• Recruit new panel members via advertising
• Dealing with the according inbound calls and Emails
• Sending out the forms and agreements
• Gathering information from the filled forms and agreements and entering it into the MS Access database
• Analyzing the geo areas where agreeing panelists come from and setting up according clusters
• Selecting panelists for specific projects according to given requirements
• Arranging time slots with the panelists and booking office premises where interviews will be held (the interviews will be held by another JMC professional)
• Gathering the documents of the interviews that have been completed and compiling them / summarizing them
• Reporting about all activities
The Market Research interviews are readability tests for package leaflets of medication. All Project Management work will be home office based.
You should have good project management skills, experience with data management in Microsoft Access and good telephone communication skills. You must have excellent English language skills, both written and oral. Ideally you will have experience in the pharmaceutical/health/medical arena.
This is a part time assignment which is ideal for professionals who are interested in increasing their other income. We are looking a person for a long term co-operation. The project will start as soon as possible and continue throughout the year. The workload will have peaks during interview times and lows during Project Management times. We expect an average of initially 5 hours per week for this one project, which may well increase over time, as new projects will add up.
