Market research on property companies

We are building a specialist property market research tool in Eastern Europe and we are in the process of gaining venture capital investment. We have been advised in order to do so we require specific information regarding our key interntional property advisory groups which may be difficult to obtain from approx 20 companies: This is a guide to the question that needs answering:
1. How much market research budget has been allocated by each company
2. How much of this budget is allocated for Eastern Europe
3. How much of the profits in real and percentage terms are in Eastern Europe (as a comparison of the whole).
4. Do they intend to increase their investment in Eastern Europe over the next year?
