challenges faced by the existing brands and how they are dealt with;
mapping of competitors
whether competitors are successful or not;
financial data
It should include some research on hotels located in Mauritius and that appear to be good potential distributors to the visiting tourists.
The report must be highly professional. Sources are to be provided; the writer will summarise and organise the information making it easily digestible.
The work will be provided in a word document.
We need the final, conclusive work in 10 days from today.
We need to communicate often, at least twice a day to make sure that we are on the same page and that we are making progress in the right direction, and that will finish in time.
