Data to include: Looking for someone within the UK to mystery shop our company and competitors, will involve submitting a website enquiry, taking phone calls and having a home visit.
As the customer, you will be making out you are moving to the Boston, USA within the next couple of months and require someone to measure and up quote for your items you are looking to move.
I will provide you with a list of questions, and a scoring sheet, and would like a summary of the visit you receive from each company. Each appointment will take about one hour. Will be looking to shop 4 companies....
