Fibro Patient Education is a non profit charity in the US. We are planning a Chronic Pain Summit and Health Fair on Nov 4, 2017.

I need to identify 7-10 potential partners in the United States that would be a good fit for sponsoring our event. I am specifically thinking of businesses with an interest in the chronic pain/Fibromyalgia market.

I need their names, contact person and title, email address, website and phone number. The partners that would have the authority to sponsor the event would have a title of marketing manager, sponsorship manager, public affairs manager, etc.
