Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
We need someone to go through a list of contacts that we have and find the missing information about these contacts.
Basically we will provide you with a list of contacts, in an Excel spreadsheet, and you will need to find additional information about these contacts. The information you will need to find is split into two parts. Very important fields and nice to have fields:
The very important fields are:
- Company name (which is easy in most cases as per the e-mail domain)
- Company website (which in some cases is easy as per the e-mail domain)
- Company size (small, medium, enterprise)
- Sector (example "Aviation", "Education", "Medical", "Dental", etc...)
- Sub-sector1
- Sub-sector2
- Sub-sector3
Examples of sub-sectors are:
* Example 1: If the sector is = "Aviation", then the sub-sectors can be for instance "Commercial aviation" or "Aviation training", etc...
* Example 2: If the sector is = "Dental", then the sub-sectors can be for instance "Dental laboratory" or "Dental surgery" or "Dentist"
* Example 3: If the sector is = "Medical", then the sub-sectors can be for instance "Dental laboratory" or "Dental surgery" or "Dentist"
The nice to have fields are:
- Job title of that contact, within the company
- Phone number (can be the contact phone number or the company general phone number)
- Address (including City, State/Province/County, Country, and Postcode)
- number of employees
- annual revenues
- LinkedIn of the contact (if any is found)
- Twitter of the contact (if any is found)
In total, there are 2900 names with existing e-mail addresses.
What you need to do is, given each e-mail address, to find out the remaining information above. The main sources to find this information is the company website, google / bing + LinkedIn
Note that some of the information above are already there, and some you will need to find.
Roughly there are about 1800 missing phones (out of the 2900 lines), and about 1600 missing addresses (out of the 2900 lines), 2100 missing companies, etc....
One thing that is really important is to find the sectors, sub-sectors and job titles.
It is not a difficult task, but it might take a while to complete. Please only submit proposals if you can do it for up to 2 weeks.
Just as an example, please have a look at the attached spreadsheet, and think about how long it takes to find the very important fields for each of the contacts on that spreadsheet. Now think about all 2900 contacts.
Note that the list is already prioritized (priorities ranging from 1 to 5), means I need to have:
- All priority "1" (599 contacts) in 3 days - that is around 25 contacts per hour
- All priority two (1038 contacts) in another 5 days
- The rest (1260 contacts) in another 6 days
A sample is attached. The cells highlighted in yellow represent the fields you will need to find.
We understand that some data won't be possible find, which is completely fine. There are loads of Gmail and Hotmail in there, which we believe we won't get much information about, so I am ok with that as well.
We assume that you will have all tools necessary to do the job (laptop / computer, excel application, etc...) Fuel3D will not provide you with anything, apart from the list and the payment once you deliver the final result.
We strongly recommend sending the outcome of the 20 fist contacts researched as a sample to double check if the outcome is what we expect.
No proposal will be accepted before having a phone call / video call to clarify and make sure that you understand what needs to be done.
