I have drafted a specification of questions. The report doesn't have to be long, just accurate in its references. We do need the report as soon as possible so if you could give some indication of how long it would take and cost that would be much appreciated. We have quite a lot of projects going so following this would be interested in commissioning more work.

We are a charity website looking to partner with university students, societies and student unions in the UK offering them volunteering placements.
We need a report that outlines the following in detail and referenced:
Our target market
University Students, University bodies, societies, student unions in UK- stakeholders (Targeted Customers)
The student market in the UK has a combined spending power of more than £15 billion. With the average student spending over £5,000 a year on non–essentials, the student market is a highly lucrative one. Students are certainly the most profitable group of 18-24 year olds with more leisure time and more money than any other sector of the youth market.
What are the demographics?
What is the size of your potential customer base?
Where are they? (Referenced Statistics)
- Dispersal across the UK
- Which Universities to approach first- and why? Expected list of Societies and Why listed this way
- Which student Unions to approach first- and why? Expected list of Unions and Why listed this way
- How best should we let them know who and where we are and what we have to offer? Expected detail which order to approach stakeholder and justifications
How can we know that there is a market for our volunteering services with students, societies and student unions?
And;
That this particular demographic are willing to pay for our volunteering services in the UK?
Consider the university student market (students, societies & Unions): Is it growing, shrinking or static?
What percentage of the market with our service be able to reach?
How will we be able to grow our market share?
